When you participate in any weight loss program, such as a TERRAfit Challenge, there are many essential oils and supplements that can be used to help reach your goals. I'd like to share several quick videos to help explain. I'll be adding how I use these amazing natural aids in my daily routine as well.
Whether you are wanting to lose weight or you don't have weight to lose but you are wanting to be tone and fit, these clips will be a great resource for you! I put 3 to 5 drops of Lemon in a 20 ounce GLASS water bottle to drink in the evenings. I add 3 to 5 drops of Slim & Sassy (Metabolic Blend) to my 20 ounce GLASS water bottle and I drink it during my early morning workout. I also apply it topically to my tummy before I go to bed. Of these next essential oils, I use Peppermint to wake me up and keep me cool during a workout, using it both aromatically and topically. Breathe (Respiratory Blend) is one of my favorite blends. I apply it to my throat and chest before a workout and I use the Breathe Vapor Stick on my chest at night. On nights in spring I also put it in a diffuser to help minimize agitations in the air, The Lifelong Vitality Pack (Supplement Pack) is a MUST for me every day. Because I am small I only take one of each in the morning before my workout but if I'm feeling a bit tired or run down, I'll take another of each around lunch time. If I am feeling really run down or I didn't get enough sleep, Mito2Max (Energy & Stamina Complex) really helps! I've known this to really help others when they were cutting caffeine out of their diets. I love the Vegan formula of the TrimShake (Meal Replacement) as a great source of protein. There are now 4 to choose from! I like to add it to water and berries in a blender. Adding one of the citrus oils really makes it taste amazing! Sometimes it's difficult to get in the right amount of fruits and vegetables that I need in a day. When this happens, I add a scoop of TerraGreens (Fruit & Vegetable Supplement) to my water. There are times when I push myself just a little to hard and I find that I have sore and tense muscles. I rely on Deep Blue (Soothing Blend) and Deep Blue Rub to ease it all away so that I'm ready to go again the next day. I know I am like a lot of others that really need a lot of motivation to keep getting up every day to work towards my goals. Some days are tougher than others but I find having my own reward system in place really helps!
